Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my contract at Panelgatan 3a, Oxie, Malmö, starting the 1st of January 2026! This room costs 5620kr a month and comes with everything included (Internet, water, electricity, etc…!) It is 22m2 and has very close proximity to bus stations and a train station to get into town and to university (both, Malmö and Lund!) Most importantly, I’m leaving some furniture that does not usually come with the rooms if you get them through Boplats. I am willing to leave a bed for free, same for some additional furniture like a curtain rod and curtains, etc! Obviously if you wanna bring your own bed that’s also fine, I’ll make sure to get the bed out then. I added some sample pictures! These show the layout and how the room looks furnished. Thanks!
