Hi! Me and my flatmate are looking for a third flatmate for my four-room apartment in central Gothenburg, on seminariegatan. The apartment has three bedrooms, and we'll share one bathroom and one toilet, a large living room and the kitchen and a small balcony. Move-in is in the beginning of January. The apartment is located in a very central spot, a few minutes from Slottsskogen and close to Haga and Järntorget. It is right beside campus Linné, close to HDK-Valand (circa 10 minutes with tram), Chalmers (circa 15 min) and Campus Medicinareberget (circa 15 minutes). I am studying intellectual history. Bella is 20 years old, she will work and apply to art schools in autumn. We are both interested in art, culture and different forms of creative expression. We like to do fun things together like cooking food and doing creative activities. But we also value alone-time. We will move in and furnish the apartment during January, the vision is cozy with lots of plants and spaces for creativity (art, music etc). More pictures will be available soon and I can send a video of the apartment if you're interested. The apartment is pet- and smoke-free and the rent will be 5280 sek, with one months deposition.
