I'm a postdoctoral researcher that will be taking up a position in South Africa, and wish to rent out my 68 square meter apartment that is fully furnished and overlooking the waters edge and Grimsta forest. The rental cover includes internet, central heating and bills. The kitchen has table and chairs and spacious cupboards, a double fridge and freezer, microwave, Stove, Shelf and extractor fans. Lounge has flat screen TV, Leather sofa look, that is also a double sleeper coach. Dinning room space has table and chairs, Two large shelves. There is another double sleeper coach in the entrance passage, with coat hangers and fully fitted built in cupboards.. My intial plan was to keep my bedroom and let out the rest of the apartment, however, if you are interested in the bedroom (16 square meters) as well, then it will come at a higher cost. The Building has lifts, fully equipped laundry room, cycling room, barbeque facilities, and located overlooking Grimsta forest and water pond, with lovely nature walks, and beach (Kanaan badet)... Close distance 250m (5min) to Råcksta station (green line), and within walking distance to Vällingby and Blackaberg Centrum. Only 20 mins and 30min to St. Eriksplan (Karolinska Institutet) and T-Centralan (City Centre) train stations.
