The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to public transport. It takes about 25 minutes by subway to Odenplan and 30 minutes to T-Centralen, making it very convenient for commuting to the city centre. The apartment has one bedroom with a balcony, a living room, and access to rooftop storage space. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent. Bed, sofa, dining table, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee grinder, TV, cushions all included but you can also have your own furniture. I am renting it out because I am relocating for a new job. The apartment can be sublet for up to two years. Deposit it one month rent.
