Hi! Due to caring for my mother in her home for some time, I am looking to sublet my apartment by Nobeltorget *short-term* from June 15 - August 31, approximately. There’s some flexibility on dates on both ends, as well as on rent accordingly. There is, however, a possibility of extension. The apartment is bright and spacious, situated on the second floor of a walk-up building on a quiet street, close or well-connected to most great things in Malmö. You’ll find it furnished with all the essentials, including a 160cm bed and big closet in the main bedroom and a 120cm bed plus desk and clothing stand in the smaller one. The kitchen is fully equipped and there’s a big, comfy couch in the living room. The apartment also has a big balcony facing southeast. A good fit for a person with the need for a home office, a couple, or a couple of friends. No smoking, no pets. There’s also the possibility of borrowing a bike rental account. Open to making adjustments when it comes to the period of the sublet and the rent accordingly, for the right people. We’ll sign a contract for the agreed upon deal and request official approval from the housing association together for this – a required formality on this end.
