A newish two-room apartment (approx. 50 m2), in the popular area Kungsladugård, in Majorna, Central Gothenburg, is available for a year from 1 February 2026. (with the possibility to renewal) A stone’s throw from the popular nature park Slottsskogen and only 10 minutes by tram to Chalmers University and quick easy access to all of Gothenburg with a tram stop just by the apartment. The apartment is situated in the basement of our family house and has a separate entrance from the back side of the house. The apartment is open and spacious and newly furnished and has central floor heating in all rooms. In the kitchen there is also your own washer/dryer. Bedroom, living-room, kitchen and toilet/shower. We’re looking for a non-smoking, quiet tenant, preferably a full-time overseas student/researcher. Suitable for one person or a couple. We prefer to rent to one person only. Rent: 9500 SEK per month. 700 SEK extra per month for electricity, heating, water and wi-fi are included in the rent. Deposit: 1 monthly rent.
