Bright, fully furnished guesthouse with private entrance, private patio and parking We are renting out our well-maintained, fully furnished guesthouse with its own entrance and no shared spaces. The guesthouse feels bright and spacious thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. It is suitable for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable home in a peaceful residential area. Sleeping area Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). The bed is placed in the loft above the bathroom, making efficient use of the space. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, small fridge/freezer, cookware, cutlery, plates and other essentials. Bathroom / laundry Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sink and vanity unit has been recently updated. Storage Built-in wardrobe wall with large mirrors. Additional storage space in the cellar beneath the house is also available. Heating & cooling New air-conditioner providing both heating and cooling. Underfloor heating in the entrance and bathroom. Outdoor space Private patio with table and chairs. TV & internet High-speed internet (250 Mbps) is included. A TV is provided, but no TV subscription or channel package is included. The tenant can use their own streaming accounts. Parking Plenty of parking available. Public transport Around 4 minutes’ walk to the bus stop. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes to Slussen and around 50 minutes to Cityterminalen, depending on traffic. In some cases, the city can be reached faster with one transfer. During weekday rush hours, buses usually run every 5–10 minutes; otherwise every 20–30 minutes. Area Quiet residential area close to green spaces and lakes. Grocery shopping is available nearby at Orminge Centrum and Gustavsberg Centrum, both reachable in about 10 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bus. Utilities Water, garbage collection and high-speed internet are included. Electricity is included for normal household use only. If electricity consumption is clearly higher than normal household use, additional charges may apply. This may include, for example, extensive use of portable electric heaters, fan heaters, or other high-consumption electrical equipment. The property is heated by the installed air-conditioner and underfloor heating. Please discuss with us in advance if you plan to use any additional electric heating devices. Notes - No smoking indoors. - Please provide proof of stable income and/or studies. - The tenant is expected to have their own home insurance (hemförsäkring). - Furnishings and details may vary slightly from the pictures.
