We have soon an opening in our cosy 4 people collective close to the forest and a lake. People wise, our dear Irma is moving to spain, so the remaining crew is composed of: -Olle, 21 in is studies, passionated with synths and music producing. -Bayu, 29 and studying railway ingeering, outdoors lover and fabulous cook, will be with us until end of september. Then he will be replaced by Florian, 44 screenwriter, sports and board games aficionado will be back from a semester abroad. -Jonas, 36 working as a 3d artist is music hardware and design domain, hardcore thrift digger and cool things collector. A couple key points to summarize quickly: - Everyone is very laidback, interested in music, art, writing, crafts, nature, food in some form. - The garden is the forest, we enjoy sharing a bonfire now and then. - The lake is 5 minutes away, perfect for summer swim or winter dips. - It is a very peaceful and quiet area, wildlife is very present. - We have a woodfire sauna. - The housecat, Tiki is a 13yo very nice lady that welcomes us every morning with some carpet rollovers. - We are open to some projects to improve our living in the house, would it be building a pizza oven, some furniture, a music studio in the basement or other ideas. - The house is quite spacy, cheap rent with plenty of communal space. Although in the winter is a little bit harsher on the bills so it is good to know and we are planning on improving that this year. -15 minutes walk to Vårby Gård station. The bedroom is located on the 1st floor and direct view to the trees. Don't hesitate for any more informations and questions.
