We are the Mycelia Meadow collective, a well-established and friendly household in south Uppsala, looking for one new housemate to join us. 📅 Move-in period: End of January until end of April 💰 Rent: 4052 kr/month 🏡 ABOUT THE HOUSE The house is located in a cozy and green neighbourhood in south Uppsala, close to nature and good transport connections. • 5–10 min walk to Gottsunda Centrum and buses (3, 4, 7, 14) • ~10 min by bike/bus to SLU • ~20 min to Uppsala city centre • Close to Håga nature reserve, Gula Stigen, Malma Ängen, and Ekoln Lake Shared spaces include: • Large living/dining room • Kitchen (meat-free 🌱) • Cosy hangout spaces upstairs & downstairs • 2 bathrooms + large laundry room (with extra toilet & shower) • Basement storage • Shed for bikes & tools • Driveway with free parking • Big garden with a plum tree and space for gardening 🌸 The house is owned by a friendly and helpful landlord. 👥 ABOUT US You would be living with: We are a mix of musicians, artists, environmentalists, activists, students, and nerds. As a collective, we value community and care for one another. We often: • Cook and eat together 🍲 • Watch films 📽️ • Do crafts, music, gardening & small projects 🎨🎶🌱 At the same time, we respect each other’s need for quiet and alone time. Languages spoken in the house include English and Swedish, plus some German. 🌈 ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a room, and is interested in collective living. Ideally, you are: • Vegetarian or vegan (freegan-friendly meat eaters are okay) • Queer or queer-friendly • Environmentally conscious • Dumpster-diving friendly • Open to shared meals and occasional hangouts Both Swedes and internationals are very welcome 💛
