INNEBOENDE SÖKES/ ROOMMATE WANTED Jag hyr ut ett möblerat rum i vår trea (67 kvm) på Väktargatan i Uppsala – 7 min cykel till stan, nära buss, fotbollsplan & skatepark. Lägenheten har uteplats, badkar, walk-in closet och tillgång till bastu. Du bor med mig (ekonom). Min sambo bor i Avesta (läkare) under tiden som hälsar på emellanåt - men mer jag som besöker henne. Hyra: 4550 kr/mån inkl. allt Inflytt: Snarast Uthyrning: Till sista juni (sommaren går också ev. längre än så) —————————— I am renting out a furnished room in our three-room apartment (67 sqm) on Väktargatan in Uppsala – a 7-minute bike ride to the city centre, close to buses, a football field, and a skate park. The apartment has a patio, a bathtub, a walk-in closet, and access to a sauna. You will be living with me (economist). My partner lives in Avesta (doctor) during this period and visits occasionally – though I more often visit her. Rent: SEK 4,550/month incl. all utilities Move-in: As soon as possible Rental period: Until the end of June (summer possibly also, potentially longer)
