Furnished Room in 80 m² Apartment – Close to City Center (Available Until March) ☑️ Quick note to avoid confusion✨️: This listing is for a private furnished room (not the whole apartment), but you will of course have full access to all shared areas. The whole apartment is not for rent, except possibly during December, which can be discussed separately at a different rate. Looking for a calm, clean, and responsible tenant to rent a fully furnished room (approx. 13 m²) in a cozy 80 m² apartment. Flexible start date. Only for one person. 🛏️ The apartment is fully furnished and includes all utilities — electricity, heating, water, and high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. The apartment is available from now (flexible move-in date). As I’ll soon be moving to Lund for my PhD and spending part of my time there, from January onwards the apartment will be shared only with my husband — a quiet, respectful, and kind person who works as a cook/chef. 📍 Located in Kvarngärdet, a peaceful and convenient residential area — just 6 minutes by bike to the city center, with several nearby bus stops. Grocery stores are only a 5-minute walk away. 🌞 The room has great natural light and a warm, homey atmosphere. 🌿 The apartment also has a private porch/deck. 💰 Rent: 6,500 SEK/month — all included (utilities, internet, and services). 📅 The room is guaranteed to be available until March (with possibility of extension till april), and the move-in date is flexible. We are from Colombia and have been living in Sweden for three years. ✨ We value respect, calm, empathy, and open communication at home. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces, and who appreciates a peaceful and well-organized living environment. 💬 About languages: My husband is a native Spanish speaker who communicates best in Swedish. He understands and speaks basic English as well, but Swedish tends to work better for him in daily conversations. He’s very friendly, easy-going, and always finds a way to communicate clearly and respectfully.
