Hi! I’m a 20-year-old student in Stockholm, and I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment at Grev Magnigatan, Östermalm. It’s 49 m² on the bottom floor with two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen (with dishwasher), and a bathroom, facing a nice garden. Your bedroom is approximately 5 m² and comes with a 200×120 cm bed with storage underneath, a closet, a desk, and bookshelves. You’ll have access to the rest of the apartment, the laundry room, an attic storage room, and a garden. Rent is 8,000 kr/month, including all expenses (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, etc). The contract is from September to the end of June. We can also start with a one-month trial to see if it clicks. My dad also comes to stay about 2 weeks per quarter, but he stays in my room and is working outside the apartment most of the time. I’m looking for a friendly, tidy girl around 20 years old who is easy to live with.
