Renting out a room in our apartment in Möllan Available from August to December (possibly July to January). The room is around 10sqm and can come furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is 76sqm and includes a kitchen with plenty of fridge, freezer, and pantry space, a large living room, and two bathrooms. There is also a large attic storage space and a shared laundry room in the basement. It's located just by Möllevångstorget, a few minutes walk from Triangeln and Södervärn, with great connections to Lund and Copenhagen. The rent with all bills is around 4500kr per month.
