Hi there Since my current roommate is doing a semester abroad, I am looking for someone who would be interested in renting a room for a limited time between December and April. Dates are quite flexible though! The room: * About 8m2 * Comes with a built-in closet, small desk, and a double bed. The apartment: * About 75m2 * Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment * Big balcony, modern kitchen and living room (you will of course have access to all areas and equipment) * Located 5 min walk from Linköping University * 2 min walk from Nobeltorget busstop - 15 min with bus to city center * There are no animals but we cat/dog-sit occasionally :) Your roommate (meeee): * I am a PhD (doktorand) in the department of Gender Studies at Linköping University. * From Denmark, so I speak kind of Swedish, but English is generally preferred * I am vegan! That is not a requirement for you, but definitely a plus if you like plant based food * Im super chill and easy going so looking for someone similar :) The place is ideal for a visiting researcher or student at LiU but I am open to anything! Having guests is totally fine but no big parties (there is a separate space in the building that can accommodate that!) and I like it nice and tidy around the house - so cleanliness is a huge plus! Monthly rent is 6250 SEK and includes everything - rent, heating, water, electricity, wifi.
