Rummen ligger nära varandra, och mellan dem finns en walk-in closet som till största delen kommer att disponeras av er. Ett av rummen har dessutom tillgång till balkong. Lägenheten har två badrum/toaletter, där det större i huvudsak blir ert. Jag kan dock behöva använda duschen där ibland 😊 Båda rummen är fullt möblerade, och ett av rummen har TV. Rummen är utrustade med Google Hub för stabilt WiFi, Sonos-högtalare samt Hue-belysning. Det finns även möjlighet till tillgång till PS5 om intresse finns. I hyran ingår internet, el samt tillgång till flera streamingtjänster. I lägenheten bor även djur – två små hundar och en ännu mindre nakenkatt. Om du inte är bekväm med djur är detta tyvärr inget för dig. Jag söker dig som är intresserad av att hyra under en längre tid. Jag arbetar som lärare på dagarna, och det är ett stort plus om du är hemma mer än jag – så får djuren lite mer sällskap på vardagarna. Tveka inte att höra av dig även om du inte pratar svenska – jag föredrar nästan engelska. ⸻ 4-room apartment in central eastern Gothenburg – two rooms for rent I am renting out two rooms in a spacious four-room apartment located in central eastern Gothenburg. The rooms are close to each other, with a walk-in closet in between that will mostly be yours. One of the rooms also has access to a balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms; the larger one will mainly be yours, although I may need to use the shower there occasionally 😊 Both rooms are fully furnished, and one of them includes a TV. The rooms are equipped with Google Hubs for excellent WiFi, Sonos speakers, and Hue lighting. A PS5 may also be available if that’s of interest. Rent includes internet, electricity, and access to various streaming services. There are also pets in the apartment—two small dogs and an even smaller hairless cat. If you are not comfortable with animals, this is probably not the right place for you. I am looking for someone interested in renting long-term. I work as a teacher during the day, and it’s a big plus if you are home more than I am—so the animals get a bit more company during weekdays. Don’t hesitate to reach out even if you don’t speak Swedish—I almost prefer English.
