One room in our three-room apartment is available for rent to a woman only starting January 1, 2026. We have been renting rooms to students for over 15 years now and have long experience with it. The room will be rented to a female only. We are a couple with a 6-year-old little boy. Our location is 25 minutes away from the city center. Uppsala University campus BMC, Ångstöm is 15 minutes by cyckel. Campus EBC and Blåsenhus are 20 minutes by bus or cycle. SLU University is only 12 minutes by bus. Bus lines 3, 4, 7, and 11 are situated within 300 meters of our apartment, together with major grocery stores (ICA, Willys, and Lidl). You will stay in a neighbourhood mostly with families with children. The place is extremely calm and peaceful. The room is furnished for a student. If anything is needed, we will arrange it for you. You will have full access to the kitchen, and we will provide you with the necessary kitchen accessories. We do not allow any house pets. We do not play loud music, nor do we drink alcohol, but we do not mind if you do. You will need to sign a contract, and you will get a money receipt each month when you pay the rent. The rent is 4500 kr, which includes everything. Rent is due on the 25th of the month. If you are looking for a place where you will feel at home, safe, and get help, then this is a place for you. You are responsible, friendly, and social. Over the last fifteen years, we have had many guests from around the world who apparently became our friends.
