Hej! I’m looking for a vegetarian flatmate to share my large apartment in Industristaden. Flexible move-in date! I’m a 34 year old woman, eat vegan, and have a quite active lifestyle. I like working out, spending time with friends, and being out in nature. Home is where I recharge, so I really value a calm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will have the apartment for yourself about half the time. In a typical week I’m in Uppsala 3-4 nights and I’m away most weekends, as I spend a lot of time in Stockholm with my partners. Even though I’m not there that much, it’s important to me that the apartment feels like a shared home and that we have similar ideas about co-living: - I’m a fairly tidy person and like to keep the apartment clean, calm, and cozy - Since I eat plant-based, I would love to live with someone who is vegetarian or vegan as well - Friends, partners, and family are of course very welcome! At the same time, I value good sleep and usually get up early, so quiet evenings and nights are important The apartment has two bedrooms. Shared spaces include a large living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and two balconies. There is also a tiny extra room that you can use, for example as a home office. I’d occasionally like to use this room as a guest room, but only a few times a year. The rent is 8,000 SEK, including all utilities.
