The building is modern, built in 2012. Picture perfect Sunday mornings on the sunny, south-facing balcony or shared terrace. The area offers plenty of parks, nearby waterfront spots, saunas, restaurants and all everyday amenities close by. I'm looking for a responsible tenant with good living habits who is easy to communicate with.
