Description

Vegetarians or vegans only. No meat or fish is allowed inside the apartment. We are a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 kid that lives with us part-time) that rent out 3 rooms to tenants. We are primarily looking for students. With that being said, we do not want this to become a social hangout-space for people from outside, so if you want to meet up with your own friends that do not live inside the apartment, please do so outside our home. This is to make everyone living here feel comfortable, that it should always be calm and quiet in our home and we do not wish to see people that do not live here randomly coming and going. The apartment has 6 rooms divided on 163 square meters. 2 bathrooms; 1 with a shower and the other one with shower and a bathtub. Each with toilet. Everybody living here share both of them. The apartment is located in a central, yet very calm area in Malmö, close to the beach and with several bus lines just outside or within a couple of metres walking. It is called Slottsstaden (Eng; The Castle Town) and is known to be by far the nicest part in all of Malmö. Kronprinsen (Eng; The Crown Prince) shopping mall is on the other side of the street, and opposite of that, you find the beautiful park Slottsparken (Eng; The Castle Park) that is open to the public 24/7 with its two old castles inside. One of the castles hosts a museum and the other one was a casino until recently but will now turn into an art museum. You can as a student buy a season-pass for a whole year to 5 of Malmös museums for SEK 150,- (basically nothing) and I would recommend you to do this! We are also located close to the large and suuuper-beautiful library (also inside the park), if you do not wish to study in your room. There are only 6 apartments in the whole building, and it is very quiet here. We do not have any neighbors that like to party and we basically hear nothing from anybody in the house. Wi-Fi, water and electricity is included. We want to rent out long term - minimum 6 months. We also would like to either meet you or set up a video-call before we sign. We are planning on getting a dog (English Staffordshire Terrier) within the next year, so it is a good thing if you do not have any allergies.
