The whole apartment has 3.5 rooms, well located in the Malmö city center, near Davidshall torget. I am renting out my studio room, preferably for a female student. I have two cats at home, and I travel a lot, particularly next spring. So you are expected to be a cat lover and to take care of the apartment and the cats when I am away.
