**Subletting my fully furnished student apartment in Guldhedstornet for the spring semester ** Going away for an internship in Stockholm next semester, I’m looking for someone – or a couple – who can sublet my student apartment in Guldhedstornet. I’m renting it through SGS, which means that you need to be a student at either GU (which includes Sahlgrenska) or Chalmers. The apartment is 28 sq.m and has its own bathroom, kitchen and storage room. Being in a former water tower, the view from the apartment is great! It is also centrally located, being close to Chalmers, Sahlgrenska, GU and the city centre, with a tram stop (Medicinaregatan) right outside. The building also has a study room, two dedicated washing rooms and a bicycle garage. The total rent, with everything included (electricity, warm water, internet and cable-TV), lands on 7972 kr. This is an approximate calculation, as the rent depends on how much electricity and warm water is being used – it could be more or could be less than my calculation (which is the average cost of my usage). I’m subletting my apartment from January 17th (meaning that the rent for the first month will be 3857 kr) until the end of the summer. Also, just a heads up that I will be abroad until the 12th of January, and therefore won't be able show the apartment in person until then.
